> Y Jewelry is owned and operated by Ripops India Jewelry Pvt Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”).

> By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to abide by these terms.

> We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated versions will be effective immediately once posted.

2. Products & Pricing

> All pieces are handcrafted using 100% recycled 925 sterling silver, responsibly sourced from ethical Thai factories and finished with Preciosa crystals.

> Prices are displayed in INR and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout.

> We reserve the right to modify product details, designs, and pricing without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

> Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment or, in case of COD, once the order is accepted by our system.

> We accept major payment methods including debit/credit cards, UPI, wallets, and COD (Cash on Delivery).

> For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via Google Pay/UPI only.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

> Refunds and exchanges are subject to eligibility and brand discretion, as explained in the policy.

5. Warranty & Buy-Back

> Every Y Jewelry piece is covered under a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

> Customers may request a warranty card at the time of purchase or after receiving their order for added assurance.

> Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, mishandling, or unauthorized repair.

> In case you accidentally damage your charm, we support sustainability and circular design through our Buy-Back Program:

1. Return your damaged charm to us.

2. We will buy it back at 50% of the original cost.

3. The buy-back value will be credited to you in the form of loyalty points, which can be redeemed for your next purchase.

6. Personalization & Custom Orders

> Personalized, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange, except in case of quality defects or errors from our side.

> For all personalized products, customers are responsible for reviewing text/designs before final confirmation.

7. Intellectual Property

> All content on our website including designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the exclusive property of Y Jewelry.

> Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. Community & User Content

> We encourage sharing stories, participating in the White Goddess Ceremony, and engaging with our community features (e.g., impact tracker, badges, Maya stylist recommendations).

> By submitting content (stories, reviews, photos), you grant Y Jewelry the right to use, reproduce, and share it across our platforms, with due credit.

> You confirm that submitted content is your original creation and does not infringe on third-party rights.

9. Carbon Calculator & Impact Tracker

> The carbon calculator and impact statistics are estimates based on industry benchmarks and verified supplier data.

> These numbers are meant to encourage awareness and transparency, but are not legally binding.

10. Liability

> Y Jewelry is not liable for delays due to courier services, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.

> Our maximum liability for any product sold shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

11. Governing Law

> These terms are governed by the laws of India.

> Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
